Our story

It started with our own power problem.

Eco Renergy began as a way to solve our own family's frustration with load-shedding — and grew, install by install, into a team that does the same for households, farms and businesses, now with a head office in Nylstroom and a branch in Bloemfontein run by family.

We're a family-run operation by design. The person who comes out to quote your job is connected to the person who installs it and the person who answers the phone if something needs attention afterward. No call centres, no subcontracted strangers on your roof.

Alongside installation, we run an electrical wholesale supply arm — which means we're sourcing panels, inverters and components at trade pricing, and that saving gets passed through to every quote we write.

How we got here

From one install to a full operation.

The beginning

Solving our own power problem

What started as fixing our own family's load-shedding frustration became the first install for a neighbour, then another.

Growing the offering

Adding electrical and air-con

As demand grew, so did the scope — full electrical work and air-conditioning installation joined solar as core services.

Built for the long term

Maintenance and wholesale supply

Recognising that a solar system needs upkeep, we added maintenance plans — and a wholesale supply arm to keep costs down for everyone.

Growing the family business

Opening a branch in Bloemfontein

Demand from further afield led to a second branch in Bloemfontein, run by family, bringing the same standard of work to the Free State.

Today

A team serving South Africa

Now a full family-run operation with head office in Nylstroom and a branch in Bloemfontein, serving homes, farms and businesses across South Africa.
